1. Parties and acceptance
These terms govern the use of this website and the purchase of the digital eBook “Your Curls”. The contract is between you and the operator of this site (the “seller”, “we”). By using the site or purchasing the product, you accept these terms. You must be of legal age to enter into this contract.
2. The product
The product is a digital eBook with practical guidance on caring for and styling curly hair. Once payment is confirmed you receive access to download it. The content is informational and does not replace professional advice.
3. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.
For details on payment, invoicing, taxes, cancellation and refunds, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including:
- use for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam;
- infringement of intellectual property rights;
- interference with the site's security (malware, scanning, scraping);
- reverse engineering, resale, redistribution or circumvention of the eBook's technical restrictions.
5. Intellectual property and licence
The seller retains all rights to the site, the eBook, the documentation and the brand. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the eBook personally. Copying, distribution or resale is not permitted.
6. Service level
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (loss of profit, data or goodwill). This does not limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury where required by law.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access in case of a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security risk or fraud, or repeated breaches of our policies.
9. Changes and contact
